A gorgeous Awadhi dish brought to Bengali cuisine by the Nawabs of Bengal, prepared in almost all the famous restaurnats in Kolkata. Not meant to be eaten as a regular meal since it takes a very very long time to prepare. Pairs best with Pulao, Naan or Roti. We strongly reccomend trying this at least once.
