Chingri Batichorchori


Fresh shrimps, finely diced potatoes, onions, chilies and various spices mixed together in a “Bati” i.e a bowl and cooked covered on low flame to an extent that all the flavors of different ingredients blend nicely together into a delicious taste. Finished with a hint of coriander leaves. Mustard oil used in this dish imparts a sharp, tasty flavor to this classic Bengali dish.
